Dear Villas of Cave Creek Owners,
Greetings from the lovely town of Cave Creek and your beautiful resort. Things are always a bit quiet here during the summer, but the battle between the desert heat and the cooling monsoons will soon fade into Fall. As the weather cools, we’ll expect to see many of you return to enjoy your week in the Valley of the Sun. I’m excited about some things that might be new or in progress since your last visit and wanted to share them with you!
ADA COMPLIANT UNIT
Villa 8, on the bottom floor, is now ADA compliant. A few of the required changes made to the unit were:
- All doorways were enlarged to 36”
- The downstairs bathroom was enlarged to create a walk-in shower
- New tile was installed downstairs and new carpet upstairs
- All new, ADA compliant appliances
- The back patio was concreted, and a lift was installed for the hot tub
We have received many compliments from Owners and guests requesting to stay in villa 8. Should you require use of this unit during your next stay, please contact the Villas of Cave Creek front desk at 480-595-1200 to put in a request.
NEW TILE AND CARPET
We are replacing the tile and carpet in twelve of the villas this year. We will do the remaining eleven villas in 2020. The downstairs will be tiled, and the upstairs will remain carpeted. Also, the dining table was moved into the living area to make more room in the kitchen in these twelve units.

BONUS TIME
Looking to stay a few extra nights in Cave Creek? Why not book some Bonus Time?
What’s Bonus Time?
Bonus Time is nightly stays booked at a special owner rate of $99 per night. There is a two-night minimum on weekends (Friday & Saturday) and Holidays. There is also a five-night maximum. All reservations are final and non-refundable.
How do I book Bonus Time?
Bonus Time can be booked 30 days or less in advance (subject to availability). Call Trading Places at 1-866-932-5200 ext. 1 to speak with one of our friendly Owner Services agents today!

Depositing Your Week
Thinking about depositing your week with an exchange company?
- Call Villas of Cave Creek Resort Reservation Services at 866-932-5200 ext. 1 to request a reservation for deposit
- Pay your corresponding maintenance fees for the week you want to deposit
- Contact the exchange company of your choice and give them your Villas of Cave Creek reservation dates
- To deposit with Trading Places, please call 866-932-5200 ext. 3, or deposit online at www.tradingplaces.com/exchange. Trading Places' exchange department can help you with exchanging your week for use the following year, or at any of our other hundreds of destinations.
- Make sure you receive a confirmation directly from the exchange company in writing confirming your week has been successfully deposited / banked

The ARDA-ROC Timeshare Resale Resource Center
The ARDA-ROC Timeshare Resale Resource Center is available on the ARDA-ROC.org website. Please click here to view the new ARDA-ROC Resale Center. This is a one-stop resource to educate timeshare owners about the resale process and to protect them from unscrupulous resale and marketing companies.
The goal of this new Resale Center is to offer owners an objective educational place on the web regarding traversing the thorny secondary market.
The Resource Center offers:
- Information for consumers on how to find the right type of resale process to meet their individual needs.
- Checklists to help them through the resale process including questions they may ask potential resale companies.
- Information on how to identify scams and avoid commonly made mistakes.
- A comprehensive list of frequently asked questions owners may have about reselling. Some of the most important questions dealing with such issues as whether or not legal and tax advice is believable; how the secondary market is regulated; and where to file complaints, along with websites to verify facts about a resale company.
- A site that encourages owners to share information on their resale experience and the effectiveness of their resale efforts through an on-line survey.
